1. On January 03, 2013, IPConcept (Luxemburg) S.A., Strassen, Luxemburg has
informed us according to Article 21, Section 1 of the WpHG that via shares
its Voting Rights on Bechtle AG, Neckarsulm, Deutschland, have fallen below
the 5% and 3% threshold of the Voting Rights on January 01, 2013 and on
that day amounted to 0.02% (this corresponds to 4900 Voting Rights).
2. On January 04, 2013, Flossbach von Storch Invest S.A., Strassen,
Luxemburg has informed us according to Article 21, Section 1 of the WpHG
that via shares its Voting Rights on Bechtle AG, Neckarsulm, Deutschland,
have exceeded the 3%, 5% and 10% threshold of the Voting Rights on January
01, 2013 and on that day amounted to 10.07% (this corresponds to 2114862
Voting Rights).
According to Article 22, Section 1, Sentence 1, No. 6 of the WpHG, 9.74% of
the Voting Rights (this corresponds to 2044862 Voting Rights) is to be
attributed to the company from Flossbach von Storch SICAV.
