Oil & Gas Holding AB (publ) (SOGH) informed about the discovered unauthorized
share issue in its main subsidiary OOO Selena-Perm who accounted for 100 per
cent of the Group's production volume. SOGH informs that the monthly production
information disclosure is put on hold until clarification of the situation and
completion of the legal actions to reverse the new share issue.
