informed us according to Article 21, Section 1 of the WpHG that via shares
its Voting Rights on Bechtle AG, Neckarsulm, Deutschland, have exceeded the
3%, 5% and 10% threshold of the Voting Rights on January 01, 2013 and on
that day amounted to 10.07% (this corresponds to 2114862 Voting Rights).
According to Article 22, Section 1, Sentence 1, No. 6 in connection with
sentence 2 of the WpHG, 9.74% of the Voting Rights (this corresponds to
2044862 Voting Rights) is to be attributed to the company from Flossbach
von Storch SICAV.
According to Article 22, Section 1, Sentence 1, No. 1 of the WpHG, 0.33% of
the Voting Rights (this corresponds to 70000 Voting Rights) is to be
attributed to the company.
