informed us according to Article 21, Section 1 of the WpHG that via shares
its Voting Rights on Drillisch AG, Maintal, Deutschland, have exceeded the
3% and 5% threshold of the Voting Rights on January 01, 2013 and on that
day amounted to 5.98% (this corresponds to 3180069 Voting Rights).
According to Article 22, Section 1, Sentence 1, No. 6 in connection with
sentence 2 of the WpHG, 5.81% of the Voting Rights (this corresponds to
3090069 Voting Rights) is to be attributed to the company from Flossbach
von Storch SICAV.
