informed us according to Sec. 21, para. 1 of the WpHG that via shares its
Voting Rights on Praktiker AG, Kirkel, Germany, have exceeded the 3% and 5%
threshold of the Voting Rights on December 18, 2012 and on that day
amounted to 9.99% (this corresponds to 11344208 Voting Rights).
According to Sec. 22, para. 1, sent. 1, No. 1 of the WpHG, 9.99% of the
Voting Rights (this corresponds to 11344208 Voting Rights) is to be
attributed to the company from Donau Invest Beteiligungs Ges.m.b.H..
