RusForest AB (”Bolaget”) publicerade den 7 januari 2013 ett pressmeddelande med information om att Bolaget utsett Indufor för oberoende likvidationsanalys samt kallelse till möte för obligationsinnehavarna. 

Med anledning av det ovan anförda beslutade NASDAQ OMX Stockholm AB att aktierna i RusForest AB skulle observationsnoteras. Mot bakgrund av detta kommer även obligationer utfärdade av Bolaget (RUSF 001 O2, ISIN-kod: SE0003945385) att observationsnoteras
fr.o.m. idag den 11 januari 2013.

On January 7, 2013, RusForest AB (the “Company”) published a press release with information regarding notice to attend bondholder meeting and that Indufor had been appointment for independent liquidation analysis. 

With reference to what is stated above NASDAQ OMX Stockholm AB has decided that the shares in RusForest AB will be given observation status. With reference to the observations status for the shares, the bonds issued by the Company (RUSF 001 O2, ISIN Code: SE0003945385) will be given observation status with effect from today January 11, 2013.
