- Correction of the notification published on 10 January 2013-

On 10 January 2013, the Ministry of Finance, Oslo, Norway, in the name and
on behalf of the state of Norway, has notified us pursuant to section 21
para. 1 WpHG that the voting rights of the state of Norway in Asian Bamboo
AG have exceeded the threshold of 3% of the voting rights on 7 January 2013
and amounted to 3.26% (503,270 voting rights) as of that date.

Of these voting rights, 3.26 % (503,270 voting rights) are to be attributed
to the state of Norway pursuant to section 22 (1) sentence 1 no. 1 WpHG.
Attributed voting rights are held via the following companies that are
controlled by the state of Norway and whose holdings of voting rights
amount to 3% each or more in Asian Bamboo: Norges Bank.
