no 03/13 NASDAQ OMX Commodities Union Registry account notification


As of 31 March 2013 trading and clearing of Allowance Contracts requires the appointment of a Trading Account with a Trusted Account List in the Union Registry. All Members must add NASDAQ OMX Commodities (NOMXC) Trading Account (EU-100-5016825-0-9) to its Trusted Account List. In addition, to ensure timely delivery in the Union Registry, NOMXC urges all carbon Members to notify NOMXC about their Trading Account number.

NOMXC will confirm all members when the account notification is received and NOMXC has added the Member’s Trading Account to the NOMXC Trusted Account List. When all Members have established this, at the latest by 31 March 2013, NOMXC will re-set the delivery and settlement procedures from D+5 to D+3 for all Allowance contracts (Interim rules implemented 9th October 2012).
