Dethrone Royalty Holdings, Inc. Signs San Francisco 49ers' Linebacker Aldon Smith to Exclusive Endorsement Deal


CAVE CREEK, Ariz., Jan. 15, 2013 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Dethrone Royalty Holdings, Inc. (OTCBB:DRHC) (OTCQB:DRHC), (or "DRHC"), also known as Dethrone Beverage, announced the signing of a 3 (three) year exclusive endorsement agreement with Aldon Smith of the NFL's San Francisco 49ers.

Dethrone will have the right to use Aldon Smith's name, photograph, picture, appearance, likeness, signature, reputation, quotations, other endorsements, personal or professional background and experience, as well as video recordings of his appearances and audio recordings of his voice, to promote DRHC's sports nutrition beverage as well as their enhanced water beverage which will be marketed under the Dethrone Royalty Inc. brand as Dethrone Beverage.

About Aldon Smith

Aldon Smith is an American football outside linebacker for the San Francisco 49ers of the National Football League (NFL). He was drafted by the 49ers with the seventh overall pick in the 2011 NFL Draft. He played college football for the University of Missouri Tigers.

After being used only as a situational pass rusher throughout his rookie season, Aldon Smith became a full-time starter in 2012. In Week 10 he set a Monday Night Football record by recording 5.5 sacks against the Chicago Bears. During week 12, in a game against the New Orleans Saints, he surpassed Reggie White as the fastest player in league history to record his 30th career sack, doing so in 27 games. In week 13, against the St. Louis Rams, Smith broke another of White's records by recording 31.5 sacks in his first two seasons. In that same game, he tied Fred Dean's franchise record of 17.5 sacks in one season.
