On January 11, 2013, PNP Paribas Investment Partners S.A., Paris, France
has informed us according to Article 21, Section 1 of the WpHG that via
shares its Voting Rights on Prime Office REIT-AG, München, Deutschland,
have fallen below the 3% threshold of the Voting Rights on January 09, 2013
and on that day amounted to 2.99% (this corresponds to 1551948 Voting
Rights).
According to Article 22, Section 1, Sentence 1, No. 1 of the WpHG, 0.70% of
the Voting Rights (this corresponds to 365885 Voting Rights) is to be
attributed to the company.
According to Article 22, Section 1, Sentence 1, No. 6 in connection with
sentence 2 of the WpHG, 2.28% of the Voting Rights (this corresponds to
1186063 Voting Rights) is to be attributed to the company.
