Tallinn, Estonia, 2013-01-16 15:02 CET (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) --
The Group’s sales in December decreased 4.5% compared to the same period in 2012, but the result met the management board’s expectations. December results were influenced by the absence of one active business week due to long holidays last year. The online media segment increased the sales by 5%, but both the sales of the periodicals and the printing services segment decreased approximately 5%. Continuing DVD series of Estonian film classics shows a positive trend, which also contributes to single-copy sales of Eesti Päevaleht. In the printing services segment, the paper sales and such other decreased the most. The printing sales decreased by 1% compared to the same period a year earlier.
