d'Investissement/Federale Participatie- en Investeringsmaatschappij SA/NV
('SFPI/FPIM'), Brussels, Belgium has informed us according to Article 21,
Section 1 of the WpHG that via shares its Voting Rights on HAMBORNER REIT
AG, Duisburg, Deutschland, have exceeded the 3% threshold of the Voting
Rights on January 09, 2013 and on that day amounted to 3.01% (this
corresponds to 1368205 Voting Rights).
According to Article 22, Section 1, Sentence 1, No. 1 of the WpHG, 3.01% of
the Voting Rights (this corresponds to 1368205 Voting Rights) is to be
attributed to the company.
