On January 15, 2013, Cohen & Steers, Inc., New York, USA informed us
according to Article 21, Section 1 of the WpHG that they revoke the below
mentioned notices of voting rights in IVG Immobilien AG, Bonn, Deutschland,
ISIN: DE0006205701, WKN: 620570 dated as follows:

-22 October 2009 (corrected by letter of 28 October 2009; Publication of
the correction of the correction release by IVG Immobilien AG on 03
November 2009)
-28 December 2009 (Publication by IVG Immobilien AG on 29 December 2009)
-15 March 2010 (Publication by IVG Immobilien AG on 16 March 2010)
-02 June 2010 (Publication by IVG Immobilien AG on 07 June 2010)

On January 15, 2013, Cohen & Steers, Inc., New York, USA also informed us
according to Article 21, Section 1 of the WpHG that the percentage holding
of the voting rights in IVG Immobilien AG, Bonn, Deutschland, ISIN:
DE0006205701, WKN: 620570:

a) on 23 October 2009 exceeded the threshold of 3% and amounted to 3.02%
(exact amount of voting rights: 3,800,245) both in relation to the total
number of voting rights of the issuer and in relation to all voting shares
of the same share class. The voting rights are entirely attributable to
Cohen & Steers, Inc. pursuant to sec. 22 para 1 sentence 1 no. 6 in
connection with sentences 2, 3 WpHG; and

b) on 17 March 2010 fell below the threshold of 3% and amounted to 2.84%
(exact amount of voting rights: 3,578,800) both in relation to the total
number of voting rights of the issuer and in relation to all voting shares
of the same share class. The voting rights are entirely attributable to
Cohen & Steers, Inc. pursuant to sec. 22 para 1 sentence 1 no. 6 in
connection with sentences 2, 3 WpHG.
