Mediaprovider Scandinavia AB, (”Bolaget”) publicerade den 24 januari 2013 ett pressmeddelande med information om att bolagets styrelse beslutat att ansöka om företagsrekonstruktion. On January 24, 2013, Mediaprovider Scandinavia AB, (the “Company”) published a press release with information regarding the board of directors’ decision to apply for corporate restructuring. The current rules of NASDAQ OMX Stockholm AB state that a company listed on First North can be given observation status if there is significant uncertainty regarding the company’s financial situation.
With reference to what is stated above, NASDAQ OMX Stockholm AB has decided that the shares of Mediaprovider Scandinavia AB (MEPR, ISIN Code: SE0001849605, Order Book ID: 37031) will be given observation status. The shares will be given observation status with effect from today January 24, 2013.
