On January 17th, 2013, the stake of Dimensional Holdings Inc., Austin,
Texas, USA, in the voting rights in Heidelberger Druckmaschinen AG,
Kurfürsten-Anlage 52-60, 69115 Heidelberg, Germany, has exceeded the
threshold of 3 % and the amount of voting rights held was 3.01 % (7,057,336
voting rights). Said voting rights are attributed to Dimensional Holdings
Inc. according to section 22 paragraph 1 sentence 1 number 6 in conjunction
with sentence 2 WpHG.
