On January 23th, 2013, Dimensional Fund Advisors LP, Austin, Texas, USA,
notified us according to section 21 paragraph 1 and section 22 paragraph 1,
sentence 1, number 6 in conjunction with sentence 2 of the German
Securities Trading Act  (Wertpapierhandelsgesetz - WpHG) as following:

On January 17th, 2013, the stake of Dimensional Fund Advisors LP, Austin,
Texas, USA, in the voting rights in Heidelberger Druckmaschinen AG,
Kurfürsten-Anlage 52-60, 69115 Heidelberg, Germany, has exceeded the
threshold of 3 % and the amount of voting rights held was 3.01 % (7,057,336
voting rights). Said voting rights are attributed to Dimensional Fund
Advisors LP according to section 22 paragraph 1 sentence 1 number 6 with
2.91 % (6,825,563 voting rights) and according to section 22 paragraph 1
sentence 1 number 6 in conjunction with sentence 2 WpHG with 0.11 %
(263,533 voting rights).
