Following an unlawful publication of a criminal charge by an anonymous
person against all the members of the Board of Directors at The Fantastic
Company AG (TFC), the company has been forced to issue the following
statement:

The charge was filed by Mr Marcus Johst with the Public Prosecution
Department in Zurich on 21 February 2012. On 2 May 2012, the Public
Prosecution Department in Zurich ruled that the charge was without
foundation and that there were no reasonable grounds for suspicion. The
High Court in Zurich confirmed this decision and on 13 November 2012
ordered Mr Marcus Johst to pay the court fees of CHF 800 and damages of
over CHF 11,000 to the persons he had accused.

The TFC and its Board of Directors have filed a charge against Mr Marcus
Johst with the Public Prosecution Department in Zurich (file no.
DAST3/2012/5159). The authorities in Zurich have passed the case to the
Public Prosecution Department in Berlin which has now taken on the case to
prosecute Mr Marcus Johst for blackmail, false accusations etc (file no.
282 Js 2796/12).
