Geveko acquires Chinese roadmarking company

Geveko has acquired the Suisse company Teleconsa AG. Included in the acquisition
is 50% ownership in Teleconsa’s Chinese subsidiary engaged in sales of
roadmarking products. Geveko has cooperated with Teleconsa for 20 years. The
purchase price is approximately 300 000 euro.

“The acquisition has high strategic importance as Geveko during the last years
gradually has increased its presence in selected markets outside Europe, among
others in the Middle East, North Africa and South America. These marketing
efforts will continue and hopefully longterm contribute to increased sale of
roadmarking products” says Göran Eklund.
