Den 3 december 2012 observationsnoterades aktierna i NOTE AB (bolaget) på grund av att Lifco AB offentliggjort ett pressmeddelande med information om ett offentligt uppköpserbjudande till aktieägarna i NOTE AB. Den 25 januari 2013 offentliggjorde Lifco AB ett pressmeddelande med information om att anmälningsperioden löpt ut och att Lifco AB beslutat att återkalla erbjudandet.
Med anledning av det ovan anförda beslutar NASDAQ OMX Stockholm AB att observationsnoteringen för aktierna i NOTE AB (NOTE, ISIN-kod SE0001161654, orderboks ID 25319) ska tas bort. Observationsnoteringen tas bort fr.o.m. idag den 28 januari 2013.
On December 3, 2012, the shares in NOTE AB (the company) were given observation status due to a press release from Lifco AB with information of a public offer to the shareholders of the company. On January 25, 2013 Lifco AB published a press release with information that the acceptance period has expired and that Lifco AB has decided to withdraw the public offer.
With reference to what is stated above, NASDAQ OMX Stockholm AB has decided that the observation status for the shares in NOTE AB (NOTE, ISIN Code SE0001161654, Order Book ID 25319) shall be removed. The observation status will be removed with effect as of today 28 January, 2013.
