1. On 24 January 2013 Manning & Napier Group LLC, Wilmington, Delaware, USA
has notified us pursuant to sec 21 para. 1 WpHG  that on 03 January 2013
its voting rights in Wirecard AG, Aschheim/Munich, Germany exceeded the
threshold of 3% and amounted to 3.02 % (3,385,024 voting rights). These
voting rights of 3.02 % (3,385,024 voting rights) were attributable to
Manning & Napier Group LLC according to sec 22, para 1, sentence 1, number
6 in connection with sentence 2 WpHG.

2. On 24 January 2013 Manning & Napier Inc., Wilmington, Delaware, USA has
notified us pursuant to sec 21 para. 1 WpHG  that on 03 January 2013 its
voting rights in Wirecard AG, Aschheim/Munich, Germany exceeded the
threshold of 3% and amounted to 3.02 % (3,385,024 voting rights). These
voting rights of 3.02 % (3,385,024 voting rights) were attributable to
Manning & Napier Inc. according to sec 22, para 1, sentence 1, number 6 in
connection with sentence 2 WpHG.

3. On 23 January 2013 William Manning, USA has notified us pursuant to sec
21 para. 1 WpHG  that on 03 January 2013 its voting rights in Wirecard AG,
Aschheim/Munich, Germany exceeded the threshold of 3% and amounted to 3.02
% (3,385,024 voting rights). These voting rights of 3.02 % (3,385,024
voting rights) were attributable to William Manning  according to sec 22,
para 1, sentence 1, number 6 in connection with sentence 2 WpHG.
