Appointment in HKScan’s management team
Sari Suono (44), EMBA, Master of Laws, has been appointed EVP HR and a member of the Management Team, effective no later than 2 April 2013. Ms Suono will be responsible for HKScan’s Human Resources functions and for HR development within the Group. Sari Suono is joining HKScan from the post of Head of HR at A-Katsastus Group Oy. She has previously held positions in HR management and as HR Director at Itella Plc. and Finnair Plc, among others. Suono will be based in Vantaa and she will report to CEO Hannu Kottonen.
Sirpa Laakso, EVP HR, will leave HKScan on 31 January 2013.

Mika Huhtanen (38), M.Sc. (Eng), M.Sc. (Econ), has started as Senior Vice President, Group Supply Chain. He has held several international managerial positions at Nokia Group in the areas of logistics, procurement and supply chain management, most recently as the head of global material planning organisation at Nokia Mobile Phones. Mika Huhtanen will be based in Turku and he will report to COO Aki Laiho.
Orvokki Knuutinen (57), MBA, has been appointed Senior Vice President, Sourcing as of 1 March 2013. She joins HKScan from Coca-Cola Enterprises Sverige AB, where she had been heading procurement activities in Sweden and Scandinavia. Prior to that, she led the international purchasing offices organisation at Arla Foods, and also worked as a Category Manager and as a Market Research Manager earlier in her career. Orvokki Knuutinen will be based in the Stockholm office and she will report to COO Aki Laiho.
