Trelleborg’s report for the fourth quarter 2012 will be published on Wednesday
February 13 at 7:45 CET. Analysts, investors and media are invited to attend a
meeting, combined with a telephone conference. The presentation will be held at
Operaterrassen in Stockholm at 10:30 CET on February 13.

Trelleborg will be represented by President and CEO Peter Nilsson and CFO Ulf
Berghult. The meeting will begin with a brief presentation of the report, after
