rights in RHÖN-KLINIKUM AG arising from 5,895,660 voting rights. These
voting rights in RHÖN-KLINIKUM AG are completely attributed to JPMorgan
Chase & Co pursuant to sec. 22 para. 1 sent. 1 no. 5 in connection with
sent. 2 WpHG (Name of shareholders holding directly 3% voting rights or

In addition, J.P. Morgan Broker-Dealer Holdings Inc., New York, USA,
notified us on 29 January 2013 pursuant to section 21 para. 1 WpHG of the
following:
On 24 January 2013 J.P. Morgan Broker-Dealer Holdings Inc. exceeded the
threshold of 3% of the voting rights in RHÖN-KLINIKUM AG, Schlossplatz 1,
97616 Bad Neustadt a. d. Saale, Germany. On that date J.P. Morgan
Broker-Dealer Holdings Inc. held 4.27% of the voting rights in
RHÖN-KLINIKUM AG arising from 5,895,660 voting rights. These voting rights
in RHÖN-KLINIKUM AG are completely attributed to J.P. Morgan Broker-Dealer
Holdings Inc. pursuant to sec. 22 para. 1 sent. 1 no. 5 in connection with
sent. 2 WpHG (Name of shareholders holding directly 3% voting rights or
more which are attributed to the notifier: Paulson & Co. Inc.).

In addition, J.P. Morgan Securities LLC, New York, USA notified us on 29
January 2013 pursuant to section 21 para. 1 WpHG of the following:

4.27% of the voting rights in RHÖN-KLINIKUM AG arising from 5.895.660
