in the Supervisory Board.
Dr. Holger Jürgensen (deputy chairman of the supervisory board) and
Karl-Hermann Kuklies (ordinary member of the supervisory board) have today
informed the management board of their resignation from office with
immediate effect.
Suitable successor candidates will be proposed for election at the next
annual general meeting on May 23, 2013.
