Today, BioPorto has received notice that shareholder Jan Leth Christensen has received shareholder proxies to vote at BioPorto’s extraordinary General Meeting on February 26, 2013, meaning that Jan Leth Christensen holds 5,6% of the shares and voting rights in BioPorto A/S.

After the Extraordinary General Meeting the proxies will expire and Jan Leth Christensen will thereafter hold under 5% of the shares and voting rights in BioPorto A/S.
