Deutschland Holding AG exceeded the threshold of 10% and on that day
amounted to 10.01% (8,863,544 voting rights).

10.01% (8,863,544 voting rights) are attributable to the company pursuant
to sec. 22 para. 1 sent. 1 no. 6 in connection with sent. 2 WpHG.

2. BlackRock Financial Management, Inc.

BlackRock Financial Management, Inc.,New York, U.S.A., has informed us
according to sec. 21 para. 1 WpHG that on January 24, 2013 its voting
rights in Kabel Deutschland Holding AG exceeded the threshold of 10% and on
that day amounted to 10.01% (8,863,544 voting rights).
