On January 30, 2013, Harald Kronseder Holding GmbH, Neutraubling, Germany
informed us according to Article 21 para. 1 WpHG that on November 16, 2005
its voting rights in Krones AG, Neutraubling, Germany, exceeded the
thresholds of 3%, 5%, 10%, 15%, 20%, 25%, 30% and 50% of the voting rights
and on that day amounted to 54.04% (this corresponded to 5690676 voting
rights).
According to Article 22 para. 2 WpHG, 49.24% of the voting rights (this
corresponded to 5185521 voting rights) were attributed to the company.
From the following shareholders, whose voting rights share in Krones AG
amount to 3% or more, voting rights were attributed to the company: Volker
Kronseder, Gunther Kronseder, Norman Kronseder, Harald Kronseder and
Beteiligungsgesellschaft Kronseder mbH.
