1. On 29 January 2013 Wasatch Funds Trust, Salt Lake City, USA has notified
us pursuant to sec 21 para. 1 WpHG that on 25 January 2013 its voting
rights in Wirecard AG, Aschheim/Munich, Germany desreased below the
threshold of 3% and amounted to 2.97 % (3,336,766 voting rights). These
voting rights of 2.97 % (3,336,766 voting rights) are attributable to
Wasatch Funds Trust according to sec 22, para 1, sentence 1, number 6 WpHG.

2. On 29 January 2013 WA Holdings, Inc., Salt Lake City, USA has notified
us pursuant to sec 21 para. 1 WpHG that on 25 January 2013 its voting
rights in Wirecard AG, Aschheim/Munich, Germany decreased below the
threshold of 3 % and amounted to 2.97 % (3,336,766 voting rights). These
voting rights of 2.97 % (3,336,766 voting rights) are attributable to WA
Holdings, Inc. according to sec 22, para 1, sentence 1, number 6 in
connection with section 22, para 1, sentence 2 WpHG.

3. On 29 January 2013 Wasatch Advisors, Inc., Salt Lake City, USA has
notified us pursuant to sec 21 para. 1 WpHG that on 25 January 2013 its
voting rights in Wirecard AG, Aschheim/Munich, Germany decreased below the
threshold of 3% and amounted to 2.97 % (3,336,766 voting rights). These
voting rights of 2.97 % (3,336,766 voting rights) are attributable to
Wasatch Advisors, Inc. according to sec 22, para 1, sentence 1, number 6
WpHG.
