Deutschland has informed us according to Article 21, Section 1 of the WpHG
that via shares its Voting Rights on Allerthal-Werke AG, Köln, Deutschland,
have fallen below the 25% threshold of the Voting Rights on December 19,
2012 and on that day amounted to 22.92% (this corresponds to 275000 Voting
Rights).
