GAGFAH S.A.: AD-HOC-NOTIFICATION PURSUANT TO SECTION 15 OF THE SECURITIES
TRADING ACT

GAGFAH has taken the decision to refinance the loan of the WOBA Group of
approx. EUR 1 billion

Luxembourg, February 4, 2013. Today, GAGFAH has made the decision to pursue
the refinancing of the loan on the WOBA portfolio of approx. EUR 1 billion
and to discontinue the sales process of the WOBA Group. The refinancing is
still subject to the loan documentation with the financing counterparty.
Upon the completion of this transaction, GAGFAH will have made a
significant step towards resolving its 2013 debt maturities.
