The Lindab Board of Directors has unanimously decided to discharge David
Brodetsky from office. The decision will have immediate effect.

The recruitment of a new President and CEO has started and is expected to be
completed shortly.

General Councel Carl-Gustav Nilsson will be Acting President and CEO until the
new recruitment has been completed.

The Chairman of the Board, Kjell Nilsson, will also take active part in some
matters until the new recruitment has been completed, e.g. Investor Relations.
