Georgia REALTORS(R) Induct Honorees Into Hall of Fame


ATLANTA, Feb. 6, 2013 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Robin Lance, 2013 President of the Georgia REALTORS® (GAR), announces the second class of the Georgia REALTORS® Hall of Fame.

The Hall of Fame recognizes members of GAR who have demonstrated consistent support of the REALTOR® organization for at least 30 years, and who have had a strong influence in the real estate industry. GAR named 14 individuals to its first Hall of Fame class in 2012, and added four more individuals in 2013. These REALTORS® set the standards for all real estate professionals to emulate, having proven themselves as champions of the REALTOR® association and captains of industry. The 2013 Georgia REALTORS® Hall of Fame is comprised of the following outstanding individuals:

  • Dan Blackshear*, Albany
  • John Kaufman*, St. Simons Island
  • Sally Washburn*, Atlanta
  • Gilmer "Buddy" Weston, Atlanta
