Den 11 januari 2013 blev aktierna i RusForest AB (”Bolaget”) observationsnoterade på grund av osäkerhet om Bolagets ekonomiska situation. I ett pressmeddelande idag meddelades att Bolaget erhållit förändrade villkor i aktieägarlån samt ytterligare bryggfinansiering till dess att Bolagets annonserade nyemissioner är genomförda under mars månad.
Med anledning av det ovan anförda beslutar NASDAQ OMX Stockholm AB att observationsnoteringen för aktierna i RusForest AB (RUSF, ISIN-kod: SE0001732728) ska tas bort från och med idag.
On January 11, 2013, the shares in RusForest AB (the “Company”) were given observation status due to financial difficulties in the Company. Today a press release was published from the Company with information that RusForest amends shareholder loan and secures additional bridge financing while the Company closes the announced equity issues by the end of March 2013.
With reference to what is stated above NASDAQ OMX Stockholm AB has decided that the observation status for the shares in RusForest AB (RUSF, ISIN Code: SE0001732728) shall be removed from today.
