East Capital Explorer AB - The Company's CEO, Mia Jurke, plans maternity leave and Board of Directors appoints acting CEO

We are pleased to announce that Mia Jurke, CEO of East Capital Explorer, plans
to take maternity leave in mid-May. The Board of Directors has appointed
Catharina Hagberg, effective from 13 May, as acting CEO for a year during Mia's
absence.

Paul Bergqvist, Chairman of the Board, East Capital Explorer says "I wish Mia
all the best and the Board of Directors of East Capital Explorer is pleased to
appoint Catharina Hagberg as acting CEO during Mia's maternity leave. Catharina
has long experience in senior positions in the financial sector, recently as
interim CFO in the East Capital Group and I am convinced that she will be a good
addition to the team until Mia returns."

Catharina Hagberg biography:
Catharina has 20 years of experience in the financial services industry in
Sweden. She joined East Capital in January 2012 as interim CFO. Before joining
East Capital, she was CFO of ICA Banken during 2009-2011. Prior to this,
Catharina was responsible for Group Finance & Control at OMX which included
responsibility for Accounting, Consolidated accounts, Tax and Financial systems.
Catharina has also held senior financial posts at Alfred Berg ABN Amro and
Nordiska Fondkommission.
