Pursuant to chapter 9, section 5 of Finland's Securities Markets Act, Ixonos Plc (“Ixonos” or “Company”) has been informed on 13 February 2013 of the following change in a portion of holdings:
Turret Oy Ab (“Turret”) didn’t use the underwriting undertaking regarding the subscription of new shares in Ixonos’ rights offering, which ended on 7 February 2013 (“Rights Issue”). Therefore Turret’s ownership in Ixonos didn’t exceed 25 per cent. On 13 January 2013 Turret holds 8 544 432 Ixonos shares, which is equivalent to 24,2 per cent of Ixonos’ share capital and voting rights after the Rights Issue.
Ixonos will have 35,239,129 shares and votes after the Rights Issue.
