In accordance with Section 29 of the Danish Securities Trading Act, cf. the Danish Executive Order no. 668 of 25 June 2012 on major shareholders, the following is hereby announced:
NTC Parent S.à r.l. ("NTC Parent") has informed TDC as follows:
As of today, NTC Holding G.P. & Cie S.C.A. ("NTCH") holds 64,761,889 shares of a nominal value of DKK 1 (aggregate nominal value DKK 64,761,889) in TDC, corresponding to 7.85 % of the total share capital and 7.85 % of the total voting rights and NTC Parent holds, directly or indirectly, 65,960,744 shares of a nominal value of DKK 1 (aggregate nominal value DKK 65,960,744) in TDC, corresponding to 7.995 % of the total share capital and 7.995 % of the total voting rights.
Furthermore, NTC Parent has informed TDC that NTCH and related parties as of today own approximately 17.7 % of the share capital and voting rights.
