Hudson's Bay Company Announces Appointment of Eileen DiLeo to Executive Vice President, Stores, Hudson's Bay and Lord & Taylor


TORONTO, Feb. 13, 2013 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Hudson's Bay Company ("HBC") (www.hbc.com) (TSX:HBC) announced today that Debbie Edwards, Executive Vice President, Stores, Hudson's Bay and Lord & Taylor, will retire May 1, 2013 and will be replaced by Eileen DiLeo, reporting directly to Bonnie Brooks, President, HBC.

With 30 years' retail experience, Ms. DiLeo began her career at Bloomingdales and went on to join May Department Stores where she progressed from sales roles to store management and into senior operations roles at Lord & Taylor. Since 2012, she has held the position of Senior Vice President, Store Operations, Hudson's Bay and Lord & Taylor, where she has been integral over the last year in introducing best practices and creating synergy across the banners.
