Enea renews development and production license agreement worth 13.3 MEUR

STOCKHOLM, Sweden, 14 February, 2013 – Enea (NASDAQ OMX Nordic:ENEA) has signed
an agreement with a European customer. Today’s agreement, worth 13.3 MEUR (111
MSEK) is a renewal of a previous agreement for the operating system Enea OSE. It
includes development licenses, production licenses and support for a two year
period.

clearly a proof of renewed trust. The customer has been increasingly successful
and we therefor agreed to renew our current agreement to better reflect higher
production volumes and increased investment levels. It’s pleasing to see growing
revenues from yet another key account in the European region.”, said Anders

in the telecom industry and are embedded in a majority of the 3G and 4G base
