Liepaja, 2013-02-15 10:12 CET (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Joint Stock Company Liepājas metalurgs hereby informs that the Ministry of Finance has signed an agreement with the international audit company Ernst & Young Baltic for an in-depth analysis for the financial performance of the company.

The Contract between the Ministry of Finance and Ernst & Young Baltic was signed for LVL 83.4 thousand VAT excluded. Initially the payment for the Contract will be convered from the state budget. The Ministry of Finance has agreed that after the completion of the audit these expenses to the state budget will be offset by the shareholders  of Joint Stock Company Liepājas metalurgs, Sergejs Zaharjins un Ilya Segals.
