Delisting of Securities of LodgeNet Interactive Corporation, Myrexis, Inc., Globalstar, Inc., and School Specialty, Inc. From The NASDAQ Stock Market


NEW YORK, Feb. 15, 2013 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- The NASDAQ Stock Market announced today that it will delist the common stock of LodgeNet Interactive Corporation. LodgeNet Interactive Corporation's stock was suspended on January 14, 2013 and has not traded on NASDAQ since that time.

NASDAQ also announced that it will delist the common stock of Myrexis, Inc. Myrexis, Inc's stock was suspended on February 01, 2013 and has not traded on NASDAQ since that time.

NASDAQ also announced that it will delist the common stock of Globalstar, Inc. Globalstar, Inc.'s stock was suspended on December 21, 2012 and has not traded on NASDAQ since that time.

Finally, NASDAQ announced that it will delist the common stock of School Specialty, Inc. School Specialty, Inc.'s stock was suspended on February 06, 2013 and has not traded on NASDAQ since that time.
