On February 15, 2013, Wellington Management Company LLP, Boston,
Massachusetts, USA has informed us according to Article 21, Section 1 of
the WpHG that via shares its voting rights on ADC African Development
Corporation GmbH & Co. KGaA, Frankfurt/Main, Germany, have exceeded the 3%
and 5% threshold of the voting rights on February 14, 2013 and on that day
amounted to 5.01% (this corresponds to 431,347 voting rights).
According to Article 22, Section 1, Sentence 1, No. 6 of the WpHG, 5.01% of
the voting rights (this corresponds to 431,347 voting rights) is to be
attributed to the company.
