Agency Veteran to Expand Talent Acquisition and Development Programs That Support New Experiential Marketing Agency Model

In this newly created position, Curran will be responsible for leading the agency's talent acquisition and development initiatives aimed at fueling its unique Experiential Marketing agency model. She reports to Holly Grosso, All Terrain's vice president of business management.

A 15-year industry veteran, Curran, 45, comes to All Terrain from HC Resources, her own consultancy, where she developed human capital strategies from talent acquisition to employee engagement for leading companies including Grub Hub. Prior to that, she was training and recruitment director for Legacy Marketing Partners during a period of unprecedented growth. She began her career at KBA Marketing/DraftWorldwide as district market manager before becoming director of training and organizational development.

Curran has a BA in Business Administration and Communication from Western Michigan University as well as Certifications in Training and Organizational Development, Principles of Adult Learning and Train the Trainer and Competency Modeling.
