para. 1 of the WpHG that via shares its voting rights on Francotyp-Postalia
Holding AG, Birkenwerder, Germany, have fallen below the 3% threshold of
the voting rights on February 15, 2013 and on that day amounted to 2.48%
(this corresponds to 400,000 voting rights).
