On 22 February 2013, SIA Merks, which is a part of AS Merko Ehitus group, and Dzintaru 36 SIA entered into a contract to perform the construction works of the two three-storey apartment buildings (total 41 apartments) located at 36 Dzintaru, Jurmala, Riga.
The approximate price of the contract is EUR 7.9 million, plus value added tax, and the works are scheduled for completion in February 2014.
