The Nomination’s Committee in Gunnebo AB (publ) proposes to the Annual General
Meeting 2013 to decide upon re-election of the present board members Tore
Bertilsson, Göran Bille, Charlotte Brogren, Bo Dankis, Mikael Jönsson, Katarina
Mellström and Martin Svalstedt.
Martin Svalstedt is proposed to be re-elected Chairman of the Board.
Gunnebo’s Nomination Committee to the Annual General Meeting 2013 is composed
by:
· Dan Sten Olsson, representing Stena Adactum and Chairman of the Committee
· Nils Olov Jönsson, representing Vätterledens Invest
· Ricard Wennerklint, representing IF Skadeförsäkring
· Martin Svalstedt, Chairman of the Board of Directors and Convener
Behind the members in the Nomination’s Committee are shareholders representing
some 57,6 % of the votes in the company. The Nomination Committee’s full
proposal to the Annual General Meeting 2013 will latest be published in
connection to publication of the notice to the Annual General Meeting. It will
also be available on www.gunnebogroup.com.
Gunnebo AB’s 2013 Annual General Meeting will take place Tuesday April 9, 2013
at 16.00 CET, Chalmers Kårhus in Gothenburg.
