MR.HARRI TAKANEN HAS BEEN NOMINATED AS A NEW CEO OF SIEVI CAPITAL PLC
Board of Directors of Sievi Capital plc has nominated, M.Sc.(Tech.), Mr. Harri Takanen (44) as a new CEO of the company. Mr. Harri Takanen is currently CEO of Scanfil plc. He has previously acted as CEO of Sievi Capital plc during 2007–2011 and prior to that in various positions in the group, among others, managing Chinese operations, CEO of Scanfil (Hangzhou) Co., Ltd, Director of technology, Director of client relationship, Director of client service and manager at the factory of mechanics in Sievi. Mr. Harri Takanen has been a member of the Board of Directors of Sievi Capital plc 19.4.2012 onwards. Mr. Harri Takanen will accept his position on 1.4.2013 until when Mr. Jorma J. Takanen, founder of the group, continues as CEO of the company. After the change, founder of the group, Mr. Jorma J. Takanen continues his work in the Board of directors. The CEO contract termination of Mr. Jorma J. Takanen, the current CEO, will not cause any expenses to the company.
