On 25 February 2013, our company has received a notification according to
section 21 para. 1, sent. 1 of the German Secruities Trading Act
(Wertpapierhandelsgesetz - WpHG). Allianz Global Investors Europe GmbH,
Frankfurt am Main, Germany has informed us as follows:

On 14 January 2013, the stake of Allianz Global Investors Europe GmbH in
the voting rights in NORMA Group AG exceeded the threshold of 3% and 5% and
amounted to 5.75% (1,832,961 voting rights).

0.16% (52.018 voting rights) of these are attributed to Allianz Global
Investors Europe GmbH in accordance with section 22 para. 1 sent. 1 no. 6
WpHG.
