After resignation of PC "Lithuanian Shipping Company” Chairman of the Board Arunas Staras,
2013-02-15 the Supervisory Board elected a member of the Board Mr. Saulius Girdauskas,
Vice Minister of the Ministry of Transport and Communications of the Republic of Lithuania.
The Board of PC “Lithuanian Shipping Company” 2013-02-27 has elected Mr. S. Girdauskas
to be the Chairman of the Board .
