The Annual Report consists of two separate publications. The Financial Statements for 2012 includes the consolidated financial statements, the financial statements of the parent company, the report by the Board of Directors and the auditor’s report. The text part of the annual report covers also the information related to corporate sustainability.
Componenta’s Corporate Governance Statement for 2012 has given as separate report from the report by the Board of Directors.
