TEMPE, Ariz., March 4, 2013 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- American Traffic Solutions (ATS) has announced that Heather Zorge has been named Chief Financial Officer (CFO). Heather had served as Interim CFO since November 2012.

Heather is the former Chief Accounting Officer for Petroplus Holdings AG, which was listed on the Swiss stock exchange and was Europe's largest independent refining company generating $28 billion in annual revenues, based in Zug, Switzerland. Prior to working for Petroplus she worked in the audit practice of PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP in Arizona and Virginia focusing on large SEC audits and Sarbanes Oxley implementation and compliance. She is a licensed CPA and holds a BS in Accounting from Arizona State University.
